The owners / directors of James Bros Construction are brothers, Brady

and Willie James. Brady lives in Narrow Neck and operates a building team on the North Shore; Willie lives on Waiheke and runs a team there. The company is very much a family affair with brother Simon also working in the business.

 

Brady started his apprenticeship over 25 years ago in Rotorua and since then has worked in London, Melbourne, Whitianga and Auckland on a diverse range of residential and commercial building projects. Brady’s specialty has been residential work, branching out on his own in 2005. Since then he has worked on everything from small renovations to project managing architecturally designed new builds.

 

 

Licensed Building Practitioner (Carpentry/Site 2) in 2010

Carpentry apprenticeship completed in 1997 

Over 25 years experience working on both commercial and residential projects

 

Willie started building in 2002 and has extensive experience working on a range of projects in London, Auckland and the Coromandel. Willie established a very successful niche building company in London. Since then he has undertaken a range of projects including residential and commercial new builds, renovations, decks, fences and landscaping work. 
 

Licensed Building Practitioner in 2007

Bachelor of Commerce, Lincoln University, graduated 2000

Excellent finance and management skills 

 

Both Brady and Willie display a high level of professionalism and integrity and have a reputation for delivering excellent results.

 

Every job undertaken by James Bros will have either Brady or Willie overseeing the project; both are still working on the tools full time. Their focus is on building an excellent rapport with clients, keeping them informed throughout the building project and ensuring the end result is exactly what the clients want.
